FAMILY AND FRIENDS...

You have been given the gift of Wonder and here is your chance to tell us about your experience.  We would like to know how you received your book, a little about yourself (we want to see how far the books travel), what you thought about the book, and how you continued "The Wonder" journey by passing the book along.  Thank you for embarking on this adventure with us and we hope that you have been changed for the better!!  Choose Kind!!

Random Acts of Kindess

This book has inspired me to think of ways that I can made the world a better place.  I have started working with my students to start a chain reaction of “random acts of kindness” throughout our school.  I know that sometimes to makes it more special when you do an random act of kindness without anyone knowing but… if you want to share and idea, a project, or something you have done to make the world a little better from someone else, please do!  We promise not to pat you on the back or send praises but know that we are all smiling on the inside!!  Here is a link to a video clip about a girl named Madison who decided to use her talents to make a difference.  I love her quote, “My dream was always to change the world and so this I am not changing the world as a whole but changing one kid’s world with every pair of shoes I send out.”  Go Madison!!!  Thanks for inspiring… you’re changing the whole world.

School... Thoughts from the students

Wonder is going to be something that my students and I are going to be talking about for the rest of the year.  I wanted to create a place for them to share their thoughts and ideas as we continue our journey.  I am so proud of each of them and excited to see how they "Choose Kind".
